GUEST CLARIFICATION TEXT

Having its registered office in Turkey at (Havaalanı Yolu 11.km Serik Caddesi No:113 Altınova /
Kepez / Antalya), Galeri Kristal Turz. Inş. Paz. Tic. A.Ş ("Company"); as the data controller, your
personal data we obtain in the following ways:

• Within our accommodation and service relationship with you,
• Within the framework of the purpose required for the functioning of the hotels and in
connection with this purpose, in a limited and measured manner,
• Maintaining the accuracy and most up-to-date version of the personal data you have
provided to us or as provided to us,
• In accordance with 6698-numbered Personal Data Protection Law (RG.
07.04.2016/29677), “KVKK”, which mandates its recording, storage, maintenance,
reorganisation, and processing in other manners.

1. YOUR PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA
The personal information provided to us during the accommodation registration process and for
the duration of the stay may be processed. Your personal data subject to processing are as
follows:
Name, surname, date of birth, country of birth, city of birth, gender, marital
status, nationality, Turkish ID card information (TR ID no., serial no., ID
no., father's name, mother's name, place of birth, province, district,
Identity Data neighbourhood, volume number, family sequence number, sequence
number, household number, page number, registration number, place of
issue, reason for issue, date of issue, and previous surname), and copy of
identity card.
Telephone number, WhatsApp application (to which your phone number is
Contact Data connected), open address information, and personal and corporate e-mail
addresses.
Special Categories Information pertaining to allergies, chronic diseases, blood type, epidemic
of Personal Data diseases (e.g., Covid-19), disabilities, and special accommodation requests.
Audio and Visual Audio and video recordings captured within the hotel.

Name, surname, T.R. ID number, gender, date of birth, spouse and children's
Family and telephone numbers, and the names, last names, and telephone numbers of

2. A LEGAL JUSTIFICATION AND METHOD FOR COLLECTING YOUR
PERSONAL DATA
As an employer, we collect your personal data that we have requested from you personally, that
we have requested during the accommodation registration or that you prefer to share with us
during your accommodation, during your reservation, from domestic and foreign tour operators
and travel agencies from which you have purchased accommodation, from the call center of our
hotel and the information you share with us in our hotel, from camera recordings, internet usage
log records, by transmitting your personal data required within the scope of accommodation and
hotel operation to us in physical or electronic environment and / or by saving it as information
