In accordance with the initial paragraph of Article 13 of the KVKK, requests for information
regarding these rights that are directed at our organisation, the data controller, must be submitted
in writing or through another method as specified by the Personal Data Protection Board, “Board”.
In accordance with the aforementioned entitlements, please submit your applications via email to
[email protected] from the address you previously provided to our organisation and which
is on file in our system, via your corporate email address, or in writing to Havaalanı Yolu 11.km
Serik Caddesi No:113 Altınova / Kepez / Antalya.

The application should include the following information: (i) the applicant's name, surname, and
signature if the application is submitted in writing; (ii) their T.R. identification number if they are
citizens of the Republic of Turkey; or, for foreign nationals, their passport number or identification
number; (iii) their residential or workplace addresses for notification purposes; (iv) their e-mail
address, telephone number, and fax number, if applicable; and (v) whether the subject of the
request is mandated by law.

You hereby confirm that our organisation has duly informed you in adherence to the disclosure
obligation outlined in Article 10 of the KVKK. Furthermore, you affirm that you comprehend the
information provided in the text.
