performance of the service relationship between us, (iii) it is expressly stipulated in the laws, (iv)

if you share with us, Court Decisions, Health Report Information (for the sale of our
products and services), the realisation of check-in (registration) transactions for the
fulfilment of accommodation services, the complete provision of the products and services
you have purchased, the fulfilment of your additional requests, and the collection of service
fees.

Signature, Body Temperature Measurement, Countries of Entry and Exit, Travel Plan,
Travel Information for the last 14 days, Date, Disease Information, Accommodation
Dates, Room No., Health Information, Epidemic (Covid-19 etc.) history information,
Date, Day, Time, Telephone, Address information for emergency procedures, including
those pertaining to illness, accidents, epidemics, natural disasters, fire, and floods.
Preventive measures are implemented at hotel entrances and within the premises in
anticipation of epidemics, including contactless body temperature measurement.

• In order to carry out the security of our company’s communication network and to
facilitate information security processes, all electronic communications you exchange with
company employees are monitored for data leaks, viruses, and harmful content. In pursuit
of these objectives, we handle your personal information, which includes the following:
